Return Policy

All of our products are backed by a 100% 14 day Money Back Guarantee (excluding any shipping & handling charges incurred by Chandra Designs).

We want you to love our jewelry as much as we do! In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact customer service to initiate a return.

For a full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping & handling), we require adherence to the following:

  • All return requests must be emailed to our customer service department no later than 14 days after receiving your order. Return requests made later than 14 days cannot be honored. If your request is not acknowledged within 48 hours please repeat your request by calling us at (213) 507-3612.
  • In the event an item is damaged during shipping, we will need to file a claim with the shipping company before we can process a refund. Any damaged product must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. During this time it will be important to hold on to the original packaging material for the shipping company to process the claim. Once they determine the damage occurred in transit, we will issue a complete refund.
  • All returns must be shipped back no later than 5 business days from the date the return was authorized – unworn and in its original packaging for a full refund or store credit. Please note: shipping charges cannot be refunded. 
  • When returning items back to us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send your item back using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery. Until it reaches us, the shipment is the customer’s responsibility.

Note: Please allow for slight variations due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry. Semi-precious and regular stones can have color variations and inclusions. These are a testimony of their natural origin and not defects. If these things bother you, then please check with us before placing your order.
